1. Money Back

Who Can Get a Refund

  • You can get your money back if you return an item within 30 days of receiving it.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged to be eligible for a refund.

  • Customized containers or special orders are non-refundable unless they arrive broken or damaged.

How to Get Your Money Back

  • Please email our customer support team at sales@shippingcontainerexport.com to start the refund process.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting proof or pictures.

  • We will notify you if your refund has been approved or denied after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 21 days and returned via the original payment method.

2. Returns

Who Can Return Items

  • You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to start a return.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., sending the wrong or damaged item).

How to Return

  • Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documents or pictures.

  • We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.

  • Ensure the item is well-packaged, and include the RMA number with your return.

3. Items That Are Broken or Don’t Work Properly

  • If you receive a broken or defective item, please notify us immediately at sales@shippingcontainerexport.com.

  • Include your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and any supporting documentation or pictures.

  • We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective item and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Special orders and containers made specifically for you

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Items sent back without prior authorization or an RMA number
